The concern I have right now is STRESS....and how it affects all our lives...
My Dr pointed out to me that there is GOOD stress and BAD stress.
#1 If you like your job, but at times it is a stresseful job that is GOOD stress because we can control it. Though our actions, work load, attitude and choices we make on how to handle the job, task or co-worker...
#2 BAD stress is the situations you have no control over..the people, cicumstances, or situations that come into your life with out your choice. By the family, friends or everyday occurances that choose you....
Sure you have choices of how to deal with it, but rarely can we just walk away from it before it makes an impact on our minds, feelings and heart. this then becaomes Bad stress and tends to linger and hinders your way you think about the choice of how you must deal with it.
Make sense? and if it doesn't..who cares they are my thoughts and ideas I needed to share!
